Please join us in welcoming three new members to the Access Board of Directors: Julie LaBonte, Rich Thompson, and Ronnie Weiss.
Julie LaBonte
As the Global Data Strategy Commercial Lead at Bayer Crop Science, Julie LaBonte enables data-driven decision-making to better serve the company’s customers and turns global data into a strategic business asset. An advocate for education at both the K-12 and university levels, Julie serves on the Olin Alumni Board at Washington University and was formerly president of the Ladue Education Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and an MBA from Washington University. Rich Thompson
Senior Director of Global Finance for Energizer Holdings, Rich Thompson joined the board in October and sits on the Finance Committee. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Kansas and lives in Ballwin with his wife and four boys, including 4-year-old twins. When not working or shuttling children, Rich and his wife enjoy exploring new restaurants around St Louis. Or, when the stars align just right — you’ll find him on the golf course.

A St. Louis native and alumni of Prep North & Rosary High School, Ronnie Weiss leads the Core account sales team at PwC, focusing on business development activities across sectors. He is a former NCAA Division 1 soccer player at the University of Tulsa, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
