Betsy Liberatore, Executive Director


Betsy Liberatore, who has served as ACCESS’ Event Director since 2011, has helped to raise over $1,570,000 in high school tuition dollars for NativityMiguel students. Previously, she has held a variety of leadership roles including Executive Director of the Saint Louis Ambassadors, Inc.





Carolyn Dubuque, Director of Mission Effectiveness


Carolyn Dubuque is responsible for developing accreditation standards and ensuring compliance by schools that receive funding from ACCESS Academies.

For 16 years, Dubuque was involved in career education at Vatterott College, a trade and technical career college serving primarily non-traditional students. Carolyn started at the Quincy campus of Vatterott College where she served as Financial Aid Director, Administrative Director and Campus Director. She was responsible for the supervision and evaluation of faculty, staff, facilities, curriculum, federal financial aid, placement and retention, and compliance with government and regulatory standards.

In 2001, Dubuque was promoted to Regional Director for Vatterott College with management and oversight of five schools in three Midwestern states. In 2003, she was promoted to Director of Compliance, ensuring that all 17 Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) campuses in the Vatterott College system adhered to state, federal, and accrediting standards. Carolyn has served as a Team Leader for ACCSCT and currently is a member of the ACCSCT Standing Appeals Panel. In June 2006, Dubuque received the ACCSCT “Team Leader of the Year” award. Carolyn has a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
